Helping brothers and sisters in Iowa foster care

On Tuesday, March 14, the Iowa Senate unanimously voted to order the Department of Human Services to help the siblings of children in foster care visit each other and maintain their relationship, unless there stated reasons why this would not be in the best interests of the children.
