DCF worker, accuser’s mother talked money in sex case
A state Department of Children and Families employee who is accused of molesting a girl in East Hartford had dinner with the girl’s mother in July — nearly a month before his arrest — when they talked about the possibility that the girl could recant her story in return for a payment between $10,000 and $50,000.
