Texas teen gets retraining order against Child Protective Services
A 14 year old Texas teen reportedly had to endure alleged abuse in a group home where she resided for a year and a half, having been taken away from her family over an incident which was reported by KHOU TV to be a misunderstanding. The girl eventually ran away from the group home and the girls parents found her after a case worker called her home and reported her missing. The family’s lawyer claims that the case worker told the family that ‘if they found her, they could keep her’.

At the time of their breakup in April, Mel Gibson and the mother of his baby daughter, Oksana Grigorieva, said their split was amicable and they would co-parent their daughter, Lucia. However, things must have take a turn for the worst since then, because Grigorieva was served with a restraining order by Gibson yesterday at her home in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

An unnamed Cleveland man grew concerned about the welfare of his 2-year-old daughter and, despite being forbidden from doing so by a temporary order of protection, entered the house in which she lived. The toddler, who is disabled, was alone and unresponsive. The feeding tube she requires was empty and she was living in filthy conditions. There was no food in the house. The girl's mother, Valencia Davis, was nowhere to be seen.
