I have been trying to advocate for this Texas child Emma Routh abducted by Texas CPS cares Oct 2010 from her Boston hosp. bed. Emma is a very ill child and she is now being neglected of her medical needs, all for the sake of keeping her Texas medicaid funds-in Texas, rather than Boston where mom chose for her to have the bone marrow surgery and treated due to her being given a 98% chance of survival rate verses that of Texas giving her an 8%. The unjustifiable incarceration of the child into their custody has been done so with no legal basis-still and proven by many lawyers, but the abusing their position, don't give a rats ass. Just strip more to the ongoing neglect of this families rights and procedures of their own guidelines. Causing that 8% to dwindle to 0% if not intervention comes soon. I'm having a difficult time finding a media who would pick this up to expose this. Her community members helped in raising funds/benefit drives; bake sales, for this child and they should know what is happening those efforts and funds Please see for further details
