I had my two youngest children taken ( out of 4 children) for false allegations of medical neglect of my 7 yr old son. Jordan who has juvenile diabetes. It was all a set up because a new doctor here in Utah wanted a child to use as a "lab rat " for new insulin. My daughter, Leigh was 2 yrs old and was healthy but the AAG took her just for the money and as he said to me-"She is marketable". I had a Legislative Audit performed on my case at the Utah Capitol due to legislators support due to the outrage of my case and the auditors came back in a report that said, " We cannot justify the taking of Jordan and Leigh Bierly". That was 6 years ago that the audit was performed and I did not get to have my children back. Thankfully, after 11 years I see me son, Jordan but have not seen my little girl in 9 years. May GOD Bless All the children in custody. I am a parents rights activist and advocate and have spoken against CPS and have made speeches regarding parents rights, children's rights , the constitution and went to Washington DC to make a speech regarding CPS. I will fight for as long as I live for the rights of families against governmental interference. Lisa
