Senator Nancy Schaefer who exposed CPS as a child kidnapping ring was MURDERED! 720p HD

Note: I think it's important that people understand that there are different views on many issues. I will post what's out there. You are free to jump to your own conclusions. I myself am heartbroken over this. Nancy Schaefer was a major loss to our movement.

The Strange “Suicide” of Nancy Schaefer

The Strange “Suicide” of Nancy Schaefer

On Friday, former Senator Nancy Schaefer and her husband were found dead in their home in Habersham County. Even before a GBI investigation could be initiated, media outlets began pronouncing that their death was a “murder-suicide” and shut off most public comment posting on their web sites. The “murder suicide” theory implies that Sen. Schaefer’s husband shot her and then killed himself (or vice versa). Both Habersham County and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation began investigating the case as a “murder suicide” rather than the more obvious “murder made to look like suicide”. Like so many people, I have known former Sen. Nancy Schaefer for 15 years and spoken to several people who know her better than I do. They believe that the “murder suicide” theory is highly unlikely for any one of the following reasons:

CPS Warrior Nancy Schaefer Gunned Down

State investigators say the husband of former state Senator Nancy Schaefer shot his wife before turning the gun on himself. The couple’s bodies were found in their north Georgia home Friday. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation conducted autopsies on the Schaefer’s Saturday—investigators say all evidence points to the deaths as a murder-suicide. The bodies of Nancy and Bruce Schaefer, 73 and 74 years old respectively, were found by their daughter at the couple’s home in Clarkesville. Nancy Schaefer was a two-term state Senator representing Georgia’s 50th district. She lost her seat in 2008. Schaefer was also a candidate for mayor of Atlanta, Georgia lieutenant governor and governor of the state.

All I can say is that I'm sure there is a lot more to this story. What that is, remains to be seen.

The State of New Jersey Should Get Their Priorities Straight and Start Protecting It’s Children

It ‘s pretty bad when a teen who has been begging for help from school officials, police, DYFS, the NJ Family Court, and mental health care professionals gets man-handled, shouted-down, ignored and medicated with agents contra-indicated for use in minors (Cymbalta and Abilify) for over three years gets continuously returned to her abusive home by a NJ Family Court judge quoted in transcripts as saying, “This may be a textbook case of sexual abuse… but I don’t want to get involved.” The then 13 ½ year old girl alleged that she and her sisters were being physically, emotionally, and verbally abused by their father for years. No one did anything to intervene regardless of how hard she fought to be heard. Investigations by DYFS and school officials seemed more like interrogations. Her words were twisted or flat out ignored as she was told to, “Sit down and shut up, that she was not worth the effort to fill out the paperwork that would save her from her abusive home and put her into foster care (as she begged the family court to do in an act of desperation in 2007), that she should stop making up all of these lies as a judge would never keep her with a parent that was unfit, that her father truly loved her but she just didn’t like the rules of the house, that she should just be quiet and be a good girl for her daddy.”

Child Snatching by the State Conference

Child Snatching by the State Conference

Saturday 10 April 2010 Start: 11 a.m. Finish: 5 p.m.

Venue: Stafford Rangers Social Club, Marston Road, Stafford, ST16 3BX

In recent years, there has been a steady increase in media reports concerning Mothers and Fathers, Grandparents and Families reporting the taking of children from their parents and homes by Social Services. Most significantly, many children are taken using false evidence, psychiatric reports and false accusations by Social Services, in collusion with Local Authorities, Police, Judiciary and other agencies. The ‘snatching’ of the child or children is further facilitated by the secretive system of the Courts, where the parents are gagged from telling the truth about what is happening to them and their child. Perjury in Court to assist the ‘snatch’ is commonplace.

In many cases, evidence collected at the time, or emerging later, shows that the children snatched by the state are often subject to neglect or abuse within the care protection system. Some children are also drugged. Parents of either sex, who try and fight to keep their children, are frequently subjected to psychological pressure and intimidation to undermine their efforts, drive a wedge between them and their partner, and in a number of cases silence them by incarceration in psychiatric institutions and / or ‘forced’ prescription of psychotropic drugs.

Over the last three years, the UKColumn community newspaper has received many reports on child-snatching and child abuse, together with irrefutable supporting evidence of wrongdoing by people and authorities who should be protecting children and families. Some of these cases can only be described as horrific, and of major concern to every moral person in UK. The latest has been that of the paedophile rape of Down’s Syndrome girl Hollie Greig. This informal conference has been arranged by the UKColumn as part of the growing Lawful Rebellion movement – people across UK taking peaceful action to say “enough is enough.” In this case we are working to bring victims of ‘Child Snatching by the State’ together to learn more about the nature and sheer scale of the problem – government sponsored ‘Child Snatching’. We will also be setting out ways in which families, organisations and individuals can work together to stop this vile crime, and to bring those involved to justice, no matter what their personal and professional status, affiliations and wealth. Contributions from members of the public and especially those who have suffered the loss of their children are encouraged, within the time available to us.

Defensive lot the social work industry. A hackette scribbles a piece for the Guardian in which she vilifies the bloggers who attack the social work industry. No links are provided to any of the blogs and when the bloggers themselves arrive to defend their work the comments they leave are deleted. Needless to say, your friendly old Exile has enjoyed himself playing cat and mouse with the censors under several monickers, the most notable being one nicked from a commentator here: Nick Urzdown. The silly sods haven't yet twigged that corny joke but never mind.

What a great place to hold a family rights protest!

"Hint hint!"

PINWHEELS FOR PREVENTION SET FOR APRIL 6

The Pinwheels for Prevention Ceremony conducted each April in conjunction with Child Abuse Prevention Month will be noon April 6 at the Yoctangee Park entrance.

Note: During National Child Abuse Propaganda month which is set to kick off on April Fools Day, go figure, the other side is going to be engaging in all kinds of events, all over the country, all month long, aimed at raising awareness for their cause.

You see, they know the power of organization and symbolism and they get up off their asses, and educate the sheep by doing stupid little things like sticking pinwheels in the ground, holding hands and praising the all mighty Child Protective Industry like a bunch of Moonies on a field trip.

What are you going to do?

"85% of all child abuse reports are unfounded"

"85% of all child abuse reports are unfounded"

85% of all reports are unfounded- nothing happened.

Of the remaining 15%, at least half of those, nothing happened either.

The remaining 7 or 8 percent are likely "neglect" due to POVERTY. It is the SYSTEM that is out of control.

Family Court Children Given A Blanket Of Security

The thought of having to appear in a court of law as a victim or witness of a crime is a deeply stressful situation for any adult. Just think how much worse it is if you are a child.

That's why Chautauqua County Quilts for Kids, a group of local volunteers who make quilts to help comfort children involved in court cases, work so diligently to make a difference; stitch by stitch. The nimble-fingered group donates quilts to the New York State Unified Court System's Child Care Center in Mayville and is operated locally by Chautauqua Opportunities, Inc., a local community action agency. They also donate to Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), a child advocacy group who works with abused and neglected area children.

State Child-Abuser List Ruled Unconstitutional

The state Appeals Court recently ruled that a state-maintained list of child abusers is unconstitutional on the same grounds raised by a Carthage attorney in a local case.

The N.C. Court of Appeals, in a unanimous decision earlier this month, ruled that the system the state used to place names on the Responsible Individuals List (RIL) violates the person's right to due process because it is done in secret without a hearing. Being on that list could prevent someone from adopting a child or getting certain jobs.

Cancelling the CAS Family Preservation Program will hurt Sault families

FROM JOHN CORBOY, Albert Street East:As a former placement student in the Family Preservation Program at the Children's Aid Society, I felt it was important to share my thoughts on the current cutbacks to the program I spent one year of my college placement in the program, working in community hubs, with families, and in parenting and children's groups.

A stupid question that was asked in Yahoo! Answers.

I'm sexually attracted to my foster father?

Ok so i've recently moved to new supported accommodation and there's a happily married couple, thing is everytime i see him i just wanna grab him and have sex with him. I know i can't coz i'm not the kinda girl to wreck relationships as i wouldnt like it done to me but i find myself daydreaming about him all the time, thinking up really sexual hot scenes between him and me and i melt everytime he looks at me. It's breathtaking. He's in his 40's but to me thats not a problem as i have always gone for older guys and i'am 19, so over the consenting age, but i really really want this man in my bed with me. Advice please, and if you're only going to leave spiteful comments then please don't bother at all

Note: Yes folks, this was posted in Yahoo Answers. I assume it will violate some rule and be deleted before too long. Kind of like what the Guardian.co.uk does to peoples comments.

Perhaps This Special Pre-Adoption Propaganda Month Link will help to explain why they do stuff like this.

The Guardian.co.uk Censors Oppositional Views and Supports Child Welfare Fraud in England

The Guardian.co.uk Censors Oppositional Views and Supports Child Welfare Fraud by deleting comments of people whose views are oppositional to the pro-child welfare fraud views of the authors of its articles.

In my last post I left the links to the article and to the comment which I left. My comment, as well as the comments of others have been deleted. These comments were not rude, but in opposition to the views stated in the article. I have a feeling that this article will be removed becasue it's causing too much heat in the kitchen.

Abuse of 'baby-snatcher' social workers finds an outlet online

If this happens, I have the whole article saved and will republish here, under fair use, for the purpose of scrutiny. And since my comment was deleted, may it be known that the Guardian.co.uk censors out truth in support of Big Brother.

It is official! We have made an impact!

This makes my day!

Abuse of 'baby-snatcher' social workers finds an outlet online

Social workers involved in sensitive child protection cases are being targeted as angry families vent their fury on blogs
------------
I have just come across an article which discusses the impact that the blogs are having on the Child Protective Industry in the United Kingdom.

And some said that people like me are wasting our breath! Ha!

And to all of you out there who blog for family rights, keep up the good work!
----
I left the following comment on this article. Because my comments are so often unpublished, edited or deleted, I am forced to respond here.

I am probably one of the most outspoken and most well known of the bloggers of which you speak about in this article.

I run a blog called Legally Kidnapped, and I will continue to publicly and very loudly criticize all child welfare systems as long as it is deemed necessary. And as long as the social workers of England screw up regularly, as long as the judges of England rubber stamp their signatures on removal orders, and as long as the major news providers such as the BBC and the Daily Mail and the Guardian, etc continue to feed me useful information which proves the corruption, unethical acts, lies, incompetence and flat out sadistic nature of the British Child Welfare System, I will continue to use it in support of the family rights movement. And I have no problem in doing so.

Contrary to popular belief, I am not the bad guy here. This is not a war that I started. I fight for families. I fight for children who have been victimized and destroyed by the system which is supposed to protect them. I give a voice to the grandparents who have been cut off from their grandchildren when they've done nothing wrong. I give a voice to those who have been abused or destroyed in foster care. I have never published a name that has not already been published in a major publication. I just help to talk a little bit of that shine off of their halo's. I do so by linking to news articles. I link to other blogs. I link to video's. And I don't make any of it up. I provide links and commentary, that demonstrates the failures of the child welfare systems, failures which are often covered up in an effort at maintaining a positive public image. I urge the reader to go to the original source of the information to read so that they can judge for themselves. So don't blame me for issues that the child welfare industry of England or any other part of the world brought upon themselves.

Cry about it all you want. The only thing that this article proves is that I am doing my job. And to any other family rights blogger out there or to any other victim of child welfare fraud, keep up the good work.

We have made an impact! Keep hitting them where it hurts the most. Their public image. Just like they do to parents all over the world by exploiting and exaggerating the worst of the worst so that the people believe that all cases are as severe as that which is exploited and blown out of proportion on television.

And to the author of this article, the next time you want to write an article about blogs which are causing trouble, as you claim here, please provide the links to these blogs so that we may view them and judge for ourselves. Otherwise, people are forced to take you at your word.

And might I also suggest to my beloved readers, that you go and read what our beloved Beverly Tran has to say about this particular issue in a brilliant little piece which she wrote on it entitled, Truth Is Always Uncomfortable in Child Welfare

And as the Guardian continues the practice of censorship by deleting comments in opposition to its views, let it be known that we're onto your little public relations propaganda campaign.

My comment, which you can read right here has been deleted.
