A contract employee is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon on charges he called in false bomb threats to the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice in January.

Lee Collins, 42, of Harrison Township was an employee of Matrix Human Services working with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office to screen defendants for substance abuse treatment and mental health programs, prosecutors said in a statement this morning. Collins had a contract relationship with Wayne County Child and Family Services, according to the statement.
