Update: Second Safe Haven Child in Lincoln
Two more children were dropped off at Nebraska hospitals over this past weekend under the safe haven law, according to the Department of Health and Human Services.
Sixteen children have been abandoned in 8 separate instances since September 13. The law took effect in July.
