September 11, 2010 I lost my children because of a child custody conspiracy. I MISS THEM! I am dying inside. I want my children to know I NEVER EVER gave up on them. I NEVER abandoned them as they have been told. Not ONE minute has went by that I didn't think of them.

Anyone living near Clearwater, Florida should check out the free classes at SPC on Drew Street put on by the Clearwater Florida Bar Association.
Each week has a 2 hour topic (Thursday night 7-9pm) it is listed under Peoples Law School on the internet. The classes are non-commital and for me the more I can learn the better.
15 weeks total next week is "leading up to a trial" since I am going Pro-Se I need all the help I can get. Family Law is on Apiril 7th. It is also listed under Saint Petersburg College, but I found that tedious to navigate good luck to all you victims.

Another site I came across on Facebook was MassOutrage why can the state kidnap your children?. I actually sent a copy of their letter to both the family court judge and to Pinellas County Sheriffs Dept. CPI telling them they should hand out a form similar to that when they take your children that way we will know that we can not have our children back until they have finished abusing them and used them for all the money they can get out of the state and us.
I will let you know when I file my lawsuit Pro-Se against the Pinellas County Sheriffs dept. along with the media.
I hope that I can draw some attention to the DCF abuse of innocent families and hopefully work towards changing their procedures especially writting false reports and making the "deputies" liable for their actions.

I have a little girl who was severely abused while in the "protective" custody of New Hanover County CPS in Wilmington, NC. They took my children on the basis that my ministry clients posed a danger to my children..in their "opinion". They first placed my youngest daughter with a pedophile at the age of 21 months. A year later, they moved her on an emergency basis due to pending charges against the foster father for indecent liberties with a minor. 6 months later, they placed her with her biological father in spite of having received 2 reports involving minors who said he had tried to have sex with them at ages 11 and 14. The CPS supervisor, Brian Bocnuk accused my other children and I of "conspiring to sabotage the placement" (he included my 6 year old daughter in that accusation). My daughter's biological father was a known alcoholic and "former" crack addict (is there such a thing?), and Bocnuk was also aware of this. The biological father had physical custody of my daughter for 8 months at which point CPS awarded him full, permanent custody and closed the case. Three days later, he abandoned her. I had moved to another county and so I went to the court house and filed for custody and won. Within a month of coming home, my little girl began to disclose the nightmare she had lived when with her father. He beat her feet until they bled, deprived her of food as punishment, forced her to drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes, forced her to perform oral sex, sodomized her; it goes on and on. She now has Post traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as well as Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD). RAD is incurable and she will have trouble forming healthy relationships for the rest of her life as well as needing therapy. Of course, the monsters responsible for the trauma have gotten off scott free mainly because I cannot find an attorney with the balls to sue them. I have a case and I have all of the evidence needed to sue, yet no lawyer I have contacted to date is willing to take on the state of NC. All they will say is that I do have a case, it is a tragedy and they are "so sorry" it happened. HOGWASH!! If any of the spineless ninnies were "sorry" it happened, one of them would take the case!! I am preparing to take my story to the public and speak out against these hellbound people who are stealing children and allowing such horrendous things to happen to them all for the sake of their God - money. It is time for the victims of this system to get a backbone and PUBLICLY expose the FACTS. A web site is not enough. United we stand, divided we fall...famous words. We are divide right now, but it does not have to remain that way. We, the victims MUST unite and PUBLICLY DEMAND JUSTICE!!!!!!!!!

Me and my children are victims of the monster, Judge Cindy Lederman. On September 15, 1996, my eldest child, Monika, and I were on the front page of the Herald under the banner story, "Brutality Behind Bars". I had been the victim of a jail beating, which was the norm in those days. The DCF later unjustly took my children from me and, under this monster judge, who is also responsible for the death of Rilya Wilson, I was labeled an alcoholic, child abuser and my parental rights were terminated. The judge blackballed my lawyers. I NEVER harmed my children and no report of any such abuse had ever been filed with the DCF prior to this case. I had brought suit against the police for $8 million and was jailed for an extended period on criminal charges which were ultimately completely cleared. The termination went through, nonetheless. Since then I reunited with my eldest who is now 20. Things were good until I asked her to stand up in court to recover her younger sister who is now 10 and she has never met and I have not seen since her first birthday. She so fears those involved that she has abandoned our relationship and has stolen the documents from me necessary to go forward. This judge, and THE SAME CASE WORKER, CHERYL WATERMAN, have destroyed our lives. Not a day goes by that I don't cry for the loss of my babies. I have since suffered near fatal breast cancer and ongoing life threatening health issues. Nothing can replace my children. I am going through life labeled a child abuser. My health continues to deteriorate. No story that I have read holds Cindy Lederman responsible for the families she destroyed and Rilya Wilson's death. She believed every lie the DCF told them. The County wanted me to cave on my lawsuit and ruin my life. Alex Penellas was also a monster at the root of this. This was a HUGE embarrassment to him, although it was common knowledge that, at that time, if you got arrested for murder or jay walking, you were going to get beaten at the jail. Please help me and my children. My eldest lives in fear. My youngest has never known her mother. My days are numbered from the broken heart that never heals and constant worry for my children. I was a good mother and a good citizen. I am and was a paralegal. I work with battered women/abused & neglected children. I am and have always been an upstanding member of the community. I still have every page of the case file and would be happy to produce same for your review. I don't know what else to do. Thank you.

In the Superior Court of Riverside, California, Family Law Annex, Rights i.e., "Parenting..Due Process..Effective Counsel" against unsuspecting litigants are routinely stripped away without, justification or, cause.
My case is just one example. On 2-23-06 Commissioner Bambi J. Moyer, conspired in chambers with local minor's counsel Michael R. Schneider, providing judicial favor by switching custody of my 3 children, to father without, notice being given to mom. Without any substantiating evidence, justification or, cause.
Later, in fact, it was founded that both had participated in Ex-Parte communication. Consequently, Moyer was removed from Family Law completely. Schneider, was recused from my case. It's important to note that, a month before the switch court-appointed psychologist Dr. Robert L. Suiter, had submitted a bias letter to the courts. The CA Atty General became involved when I complained, and they filed a Verifiable Accusation and prosecuted Suiter. Therefore, Moyer and Schneider, had reason for retaliation. I became a Whistleblower, recusing every-single Family Law bench officer in Riverside. The courts refused to give my children back.
Even more egregious, in 3/07 father removed our minor children across state lines without, court permission which, is a crime. The courts response: "Even though he violated the law, the children have adjusted." Children, never adjust to being without a parent. Especially, given the fact that, I had been a stay-at-home parent.
Further, in 2/09 Father was in fact, arrested and criminally prosecuted for "stealing to buy food for my children.." no less. As such, I relocated to the state of Arizona. All parties have resided their more than 3 years. What's problematic is Riverside court refuses to relinquish jurisdiction because, they don't want me to receive the justice I deserve. Afraid, another judge would see their embarrassing, sloppy judicial work. Riverside court has violated my Constitutional rights across the board. They've deprived me of my right to parent, deprived me of due process (having repeated unnoticed hearings), deprived me of effective counsel. Since 2007 my case has been managed by Thomas H. Cahraman, judge, who has come under grave scrutiny due to my vast complains. Cahraman, violated his own oath and bond by not upholding strict Move-Away laws. Thereby, allowing for "Legal Kidnapping." He is a disgrace, acting without impunity. May he burn in hell.

my mother in law has raised my niece since the day she was born...her mother hasn't seen her in over 5 years, and her father has always just came and went as he pleased. her father moved into the home and lived there for several months, and everything seemed to be getting better and he was trying to be a dad for once. then one night, my mother in law woke up to my niece screaming "get off me daddy". he was on top of her touching her, and it turns out this wasn't the first time it had happened. he was immediately kicked out of the house, and my mother in law called the police and got a restraining order. 59 days later, cps took my niece from school and put her in her maternal grandmother's home, whom she has seen only twice her entire life when she was just a baby. they say they took her from the home because my mother in law was unable to protect her, but they wont do anything about him living in the same house as 2 other kids. he moved in to my stepdaughter's home, who is only 18 months old. and we tried to get a restraining order to prevent the same abuse from happening to her, but we were told we could not get a restraining order because he hasn't done anything to her yet. we have hot-lined them and cps wont do anything because she hasn't been hurt yet. so how can they take one child away from everyone and everything they ever knew because the guardian couldn't protect her, but they wont do anything about a child molester living with children until he abuses them? this makes no sense to me, and we don't know what to do. we have tried everything possible, and we are getting no where. does anyone have any advice?

yes my kids been in DCFS since 2003 I've been fighting since then my case was thrown out OCT 2005 the kids lawyer took it to the appellate some how the over turned the decision came to my home and took my kids back out my home and the was based on false allegations been switched from house to house and never once tried to put my children with my family we are fighting as we speak to get my baby's back I'm going to keep fight as long as i got life in me cause my son has been sexually abused twice in the foster care and now they have him placed in a rehabilitates center we r crying out for help!!!!!!!!!!!
