Owner of company that installs security cameras charged with making child pornography

The owner of a Newport News business that installs security cameras was arrested this week on charges he used a hidden camera to make child pornography.

Larry Drommerhausen, who also has served as a foster parent for several years, waived a preliminary hearing and detention hearing Thursday in U.S. District Court in Norfolk. A federal grand jury is expected to review the matter this month.
