This image is being passed around Facebook by the Anti-Abuse mob. It's a horrible image of what appears to be an abused child. The image is being used to incite hatred against you, the victims of CPS by providing a horrific image that will pop into the heads of the normal people when they hear the words abuse or neglect.
The only problem I have with this is that this is not an abused child. This is the result of a fight at a daycare. The injuries were inflicted by a 2 year old girl.
