An obese and unqualified foster mom suffocated a 5-week-old child after rolling over on her while the two slept in the same bed, the infant's representative claims in Federal Court.

ReplyDeleteAre “punitive damages, negligence, breach of contract, and misconduct” the charges nuclear/natural parents would receive for suffocating their 2 month old baby?
Why is the state and fosters prosecuted differently? SO THAT THE PUBLIC DOES NOT INTERRUPT THE FLOW OF CHILDREN INTO STATE CARE.
