L.A. judge orders Juvenile Court opened to news media
He says secrecy had allowed problems to fester outside the public's view. Proceedings will remain closed when necessary to protect the child's interests.

Yay! Let's hope the media will start to report cases on both ends of the spectrum (children left to die in the hands of abusers as well as children ripped from healthy, loving families for no good reason).
