A kinder, gentler Butler County Children Services is the goal of a new pilot program the county is trying to secure.

Note: But until they secure this program and training, they'll always be the mean old home wrecking, piece of shit babystealers that they are!!!

And read some of the comments. Notice how some of these idiots regurgitate that which they've been misled to believe on television. "Of course they'll be less children in foster care, we'll be leaving them with their abusers!"

That is exactly what I mean people when I use the phrase "as ignorant as a person who has never had a child protective worker up their ass." Sadly, some of these people actually believe that it could never happen to them. And buying into the bullshit of the system sucks isn't going to help them one bit.

Now, that said, I agree that programs like this should be implemented. But not as a retraining of current staff. Nope, fire every single one of them, hire all new, and train them to do the right thing from the start so that the overall culture of child protection can be changed from the get go. And I only say that because the first babystealer I ever met in my life, got off on the power trip and according to my understanding of human nature, which is pretty good in my opinion, once they've tasted that kind of power and learned to like it, it's going to take a little more then training to make them humane again.
