D.C. exhibit highlights struggles in foster care

"The problems of the foster children in this country are largely invisible because most of us don't know who they are and don't see them," says Rep. Jim McDermott, D-Wash., who chairs the House Ways and Means subcommittee that handles federal aid to states for foster care assistance.
