Clock ticks as Alabama Department of Human Resources pushes to quicken pace of placing foster youths in homes

Foster children in Alabama typically wait longer than three years - more than a year longer than the national standard - before they are adopted, according to a federal study to be released this summer.

    You know what is realy sad and bad?
    When DHR makes themselves and their attornies and the childrens so called DHR attorney the kidnapper.
