The mother of a baby girl killed by a dog attack while in foster care in Clearwater told FOX 13 she was set to be reunified with her child soon.
According to Clearwater Fire Rescue, paramedics were called to a home on Fairwood Avenue just after 2 p.m. where they found 7-month-old Khloe Ann Williams suffering from dog bites.
