An Oregon teen is accused of shooting and killing his foster mother and his two sisters in Portland.
KRON 4 reports that the 16-year-old boy, Kevin Adams, is in police custody after surrendering at the scene of the killing on Tuesday night.

First of all, this is not his family. Second, this is the damage that's being done to children who can't be left with their real family. Foster"care" is a tragedy. The money that goes to "child protective services" would be better used to help families instead of ripping them apart.
