Texas Struggling to Deal With Massive Influx of Unaccompanied Illegal Immigrant Children

With unaccompanied children, mainly from Central America, arriving at the Texas border in unexpectedly high numbers, state officials are seeking permission to use the large family detention centers in Dilley and Karnes City to house them, essentially designating the prison style facilities to be 'child care centers,' News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
