Child Protective Services dealing with large caseload

Workers for Child Protective Services are saying they are overworked and understaffed. The department is coming under fire today from its own workers who say children are falling through the cracks.

Note: I like how that baby-stealer threw in that blurb about kids being stuck in foster care who could transition to home.
