Despite the hiring of around 90 new social workers and other staff to bring down crisis-high caseloads, the Department of Children and Families is operating with only 10 more social workers and staff than it was a year ago, according to a DCF union spokesman.
Note: That's because people go into it with good intentions, only to realize that they sold their soul's to the devil and earn bad karma for stealing babies.
