UPDATE: Foster Parent Arrested in Connection with Child's Injuries
A Minnesota foster parent has been arrested in connection with injuries of a 16-month-old in her care.
A few weeks ago we first told you about a child who was recovering from serious injuries he apparently got while in foster care. His mother reached out to Valley News Live to investigate and we found that the child was in the Fargo Sanford hospital's Intensive Care Unit.
