Adoptive parents seek change to Indian Child Welfare Act
A petition to amend the Indian Child Welfare Act was delivered to the Muskogee office of Congressman Markwayne Mullin on Tuesday.
Note: Truth be told, adoptive parents really don't care where the kids come from. They just want your kid of their very own.
