Disappointed by changes, LePage to let budget become law without signature
Gov. Paul LePage will let the $153 million supplemental budget approved overwhelmingly by lawmakers Thursday become law without his signature, he said Friday.

The supplemental budget also restored half of a $1.4 million cut the LePage administration proposed for subsidies to families that adopt children from state care but don’t qualify for federal subsidies.
