The youngest person to be charged with homicide in Maine in at least 30 years bit her nails and looked down during her first court appearance Monday.

    This article credits DHHS as if they intervened appropriately- HOW ABSURD.

    Why isn't the adult of the 10 year old charged? Who leaves a 10 year old in charge of a 3 month old?
