Stop Cruel Physical Restraint of Students

Students with mental disabilities have special requirements to be able to receive an education. However, many schools across the country physically restrain these students in order to keep control in the classroom. There have been numerous reports of injury and death as a result of these restraints. It is cruel punishment for the students who are only trying to seek an education.
