On their own: Older foster kids face unique problems

With no family and often no high school degree, many Johnson County teens reach 18 and are expected to get a job, find a home and pay the bills.

  1. This is a shame. The foster parents keep these kids intel 18 then say get out when the money is gone. It really just goes to show why they are really doing it, and to me the kids end up at square 1. Sad, no family love or support. Because the workers have ruin so many lives
