These "CHILD PROTECTION SERVICES" employees, administrators, executives and legal representatives as well as the representatives of the court SHOULD ALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATHS OF CHILDREN IN THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY AND AROUND THE WORLD! There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY in this system and THEY JUST KEEP TAKING CHILDREN AWAY FROM POOR PARENTS AND GIVING THEM TO ABUSERS OR PEOPLE WHO TAKE CHILDREN FOR MONEY. What is WRONG WITH THIS WORLD? Children might at times be at risk in any home of poverty anywhere, but MOTHERS are the best caregivers for children 99% of the time!
