Former director of child abuse center arrested for theft
The former director of a nonprofit child abuse assessment center in La Grande is facing charges of computer crime and theft. La Grande police Tuesday arrested Sandra Maur Leavitt, 49, after a Union County Grand Jury indicted her last Wednesday, the Oregon Department of Justice has announced.
