"In his closing argument today, Moore told jurors that they should send a message "to this agency and this caseworker and to social workers all over the United States that this conduct will not be tolerated."

"Moore also argued for damages for the family to show child-welfare agencies that "there are consequences to abusing the power that they have."

"..allegations of abuse and educational neglect in 2003 and 2004. A judge ruled [against CPS on the] educational-neglect accusations in 2005, and thus federal lawsuit was filed in 2006."

Educational neglect? That explains why home-schoolers are targeted so heavily. What they really mean is, 'our way or the highway'.

CPS/DHHS and social workers had the nerve to Christianize these two girls, disregarding the requests by the parents to place the children in a Muslim home. It is not their right to decide what is right for honorable Americans! To decide our personal religious choices. There are many honorable American Muslims. Why is it that social workers do not know right from wrong? This is but one of many, many senseless and poorly devised decisions by our government agency designed to protect children. CPS/DHHS's badly contrived efforts and their corruption is everywhere, and to levels that are not comprehendable to most.
