i just want advise anyone who has or gets a cps case should right away hire an lawyer. there will be people who say "don't fight against cps; because you will lose". i screw that. fight for your kids. don't be afraid of them. fear is how many parents lose their kids every month. i hate everything they stand for. they say their in the best interest of the kids. their for protection of our kids. but they fail to speak of the mental and emotional damage their doing to our kids when they place them in foster care or the kids shelter.. Cps never speaks of the the bulling abuse from other kids and neglect from the shelter staff or incidents done in the care of foster parents.. Cps wants to make reports and notes of the bad they think the parents do, but never hear of the bad accident reports from the shelter or foster care.. Take a stand and fight.
