Parents and CYS settle on lawsuit
The parents of a child who was allegedly sexually assaulted by a foster child placed in their home by Luzerne County Children and Youth Services have agreed to settle a federal lawsuit against the agency and other defendants for $775,000.

Kids were literally taken from court ( in handcuffs ) to the privatized Juvenile Corrections Facilities.
Thank goodness there were SOME EYES WATCHING THIS CORRUPTION OF THE JUDICIAL PROCESS.
WONDER HOW MUCH PENNSYLVANIA CITZENS WILL PAY FOR THIS DEBACLE?
