Jury deciding if crime was committed when Morristown ex-bodybuilder choked 16-year-old foster son
Nearly two years after 16-year-old Jordan Kaleb Shelton died at the hands of his foster father, Kenneth Wayne Taylor, a jury began deliberating Thursday on whether a crime was committed.
