Eyewitness: foster father 'shocked' when teen unresponsive after choke hold
An eyewitness testified Wednesday that Ken Taylor was shocked when the choke hold he used on his 16-year-old foster son, Jordan Shelton, left him unresponsive. The teen was later declared dead.
