What we think: Stop letting kids down
Florida's abused and neglected children have a tough-enough time without the agency charged with overseeing their care letting them down, too.
But leave it to the Department of Children and Families — the state child-welfare agency that often plays a dangerous game of hide-and-seek with foster kids — to blunder into ugly allegations of legal and ethical violations that have sidetracked plans for a much-needed mobile computer tracking system.
