I wonder if the Kin care clause was used in this Case? Possibly not as Local Authority's are disregarding the Public Law Guidelines, that came out just over a year ago. Another case, where the experts have had not enough incite into the proceedings. We await the Judgment, which will more than likely cause more despair.
