Parents in foster abuse case 'to sue' Glamorgan social workers
Parents of two children sexually abused by their foster brother are considering legal action against social workers who failed to tell them of his dangerous past.
The couple took the 18-year-old boy in unaware he had been accused of four other child sex offences.
