Oswego County legislators call for dismissal of DSS commissioner
Two Oswego County legislators have called for the removal of Social Services Commissioner Frances Lanigan.
And other county lawmakers are calling for the state attorney general to investigate the Department of Social Services' dealings with the family of Erin Maxwell in the years before the 11-year-old died.
