AM calls in troubleshooters to tackle failing children's services in Swansea
DEPUTY Social Services Minister Gwenda Thomas has called in troubleshooters to bring failing children's services up to scratch in Swansea.
She has taken the tough stance in the wake of her damning statement on the state of the department over a fortnight ago.
