Father wants foster care system probed
Another Calgary parent is raising concerns about the potential abuse of children in foster care after he said his one-year-old daughter, removed for three weeks last fall, came home bruised and sick.
"She had a welt on her forehead the size of a tennis ball," he said yesterday.
These articles are an indication of the crisis the Alberta CPS Industry is facing. They are emerging on a daily basis for Heaven's sake!
