Foster mom who had sex with teen sentenced to prison
A former foster home worker has been declared a sexual predator and sentenced Wednesday, Nov. 5 to three years in prison for having sex with a boy in her care.
Carolyn Hatcher, 26, of Pleasant Plain, was sentenced today in a Warren County Court of Common Pleas to serve one year for each of three counts of sexual battery. She pleaded guilty in September.
Hatcher worked in a children's home in Pleasant Plain where she had sex with a 16-year-old boy placed in the home's care.
