Social services offices don't all call back
The Social Affairs Ministry is considering proposing a law to obligate parents of children below the age of 5 to report to well-baby clinics or activity centers for young children twice a year, in an effort to prevent additional deaths like the recent murders of three 4-year-old children allegedly killed by their parents or guardians.
