Second arrest made in Santa Maria foster child death
Santa Maria police arrest a second person in connection with the death of a 3-year-old child in June.
Investigators have booked 32-year-old Gabriel Peralta on murder charges. He is the boyfriend of the victim's foster mother, Sylvia Dominguez. She was arrested in June.
