Doctors Testify Foster Child Was Starved By Guardian
Doctors say a 7-year-old Denver boy was physically abused and deprived of water and food for at least a week before he died last year.
That testimony came Wednesday in the murder trial of his guardian, Jon Phillips, who is accused of starving the boy.
