Cop cuffed me on bus, kid says in suit
A 10-year-old girl is claiming a city cop handcuffed her on a school bus because she wouldn't stay in her seat, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday in Brooklyn Federal Court.
"It's not a crime for a 10-year-old to jump around on a bus," attorney Norman Siegel said of the alleged excessive force used by the cop against I'Mecca Pearson.
