Area man allegedly assaulted foster girls
A man approved by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services to care for children - in spite of a previous conviction for giving drugs and alcohol to a minor - was denied a bond reduction request Monday in connection with charges that he allegedly sexually assaulted teenage girls placed in foster care by DCFS.
