DCF investigator charged with DUI and child neglect
A Department of Children and Families investigator has been charged with DUI and child neglect.
A Florida Highway Patrol officer arrested Jill Kostiuk, 37, early Saturday morning after she allegedly ran a red light and caused an accident in Collier County.
Note: They gave this kid to the father. If she wasn't a worker, the kid would have ended up in foster care for something like this.
She deserved to lose custody....I would NEVER drive impaired and ESPECIALLY while my kid/kids were in the car.
