Police: Pensacola baby born addicted to cocaine, dad allegedly battered DCF investigator

A Pensacola man allegedly committed battery on a state investigator who was investigating the man’s newborn son being born addicted to cocaine.

Stephen Romond Pea, 41, was arrested Wednesday in connection with an incident last month at Sacred Heart Hospital, according to a Pensacola Police Department arrest report.
