Former Hanna Boys Center staffer sentenced for sex offenses

Kevin Scott Thorpe, who previously had plead no-contest to 11 sex offenses against four separate teenage victims when he worked as a caseworker at the Hanna Boys Center, was sentenced today to 21 years in state prison.

The 40-year-old Rhonert Park man used his position of authority to prey upon vulnerable kids, said District Attorney Jill Ravitch. “The prison term is appropriate for the nature of criminal offenses committed.”

This man was involved with a Sonoma County CPS worker. They would colaborate to distroy a mother and son relationship. I saw what Kevin Thorp was doing at one of our family sessions and I reported this behavior to the CPS worker and she threw the book at me and looked the other way she mocked me and informed Kevin Thorp of my accusations. This was 2years before his arrest. She should be an accomplice. I am disgusted and full of pain and resentfullness because they got away with distroying our lives.
