Children's services staff remembers girl killed in crash
Children's services workers in Shelby County are mourning the loss of a 13-year-old girl who died in a crash after driving her foster mother's minivan.
The teen has been identified as Sky Lhamon of Sidney, according to the Shelby County Department of Job and Family Services.
